Driver CPC Trainers
and Forklift Instructors
We are recruiting qualified and experienced freelance Driver CPC Trainers and Forklift Instructors to join our team and deliver training courses on an ad-hoc basis.
CPC and Driver offers high-quality training to drivers from leading companies across all transport industry sectors. We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate trainers who will coordinate with the operations team to schedule and deliver training sessions effectively.
As a Driver CPC Trainer, you will deliver online training sessions to delegates via Zoom to ensure they maintain their Driver CPC compliance.
Forklift training is delivered at our customers' premises. We provide engaging ITSSAR-registered Forklift Truck operator training courses for Novice and Experienced operators on all makes and models of forklift trucks, as well as offering Conversion training and Refresher training.
Experience
Essential:

Strong communication skills to effectively train and communicate with drivers

The ability to promote group participation and engagement

Confidence to conduct training with large and small groups of delegates
-
Ability to complete course documentation in line with the current DVSA requirements

Registration with ITSSAR/RTITB or other accrediting body.
Desirable:
-
Familiarity with health and safety
-
Previous experience in the industry/trainer background and/or in a similar role

Awareness of technical content such as Drivers Hours, Digital Tachograph, etc.
